This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1:30pm Roma QLD

Job Description
As the Ecommerce Specialist you ll spearhead the digital transformation of a respected jewelry retailer. Your primary focus will be revamping their Shopify website implementing SEO strategies and developing effective email marketing campaigns. You ll have the opportunity to attend industry webinars and access valuable training resources allowing you to stay at the forefront of ecommerce trends. This role offers a unique blend of creative and technical challenges providing the chance to make a significant impact on the business s online success.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and optimize the Shopify website for improved aesthetics and functionality
- Implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales
- Ensure consistent product image formatting and sizing across the website
- Integrate POS system changes with the ecommerce platform for seamless operations
- Analyze website performance metrics and provide datadriven improvement recommendations
- Attend weekly webinars and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends
- Create and manage content for the website and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the business owner to align digital strategies with overall business goals
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience with Shopify platform and ecommerce optimization
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficiency in email marketing strategies and tools
- Excellent design skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication skills and capacity to work independently
- Familiarity with the jewelry industry is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
