Job Description
Here at PS Tutoring we believe that a good education is a foundation for a better future!
Inperson tutors for Elementary or High School students needed to start ASAP.

Job Type: Parttime
Job Duties:
- Assist students in targeted subject areas via individual or group tutoring
- Host workshops on selected topics
- Model and encourage collaborative study strategies
- Create and manage resources
- Contribute to a friendly and productive learning environment
- Commute to students place of residence or meet at a public location to conduct tutoring sessions
- Meet regularly with the supervisor
Expected hours: 2 3 per week
Schedule:
- After school
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. education English mathematics)
- Experience in teaching tutoring or education is highly desirable.
- Patience and the ability to work with students of diverse learning styles.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to the needs of individual students.
- Must be able to commit to schedules
- Has a personal vehicle
- Must be living in the area where classes are held
- Experience with children is preferred but not required
License/Certification:
- Teaching Certification (Required)
