Our client a leading diagnostics company in Kenya is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Retail and Digital Marketing Manager to lead their retail digital marketing initiatives. This role is all about leading & driving the Retail Digital Initiatives programs technology & Systems experience across their chain of diagnostic centers in Kenya. Role Profile:
- Crafting and executing a winning RetailDigital Marketing Strategy to drive business goals.
- Deliver retail business targets across diverse customer segments (B2C) and other channels.
- Building a strong digital brand presence and fueling consumer demand through innovative campaigns.
- Develop and Lead Successful Marketing Campaigns & Promotions both online and offline.
- Revolutionize their digital penetration & offerings while driving demand on digital platforms.
- Conducting marketing Research and converting these insights into deployable initiatives & offerings.
- Design & Deploy media materials for successful client campaign programs & related activities.
- Lead & own targets on conversion metrics Driving telehealth initiatives projects & solutions
- Leading customer Promotional campaigns on upselling; crossselling; & awareness initiatives
Requirements
Relevant experience:
- A background in innovative marketing and familiarity with digital technology platforms.
- Brand Management Experiences both new product launches & seasoned product offerings
- Solid web analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- A deep understanding of current digital trends and their application in retail marketing.
- A strong sense of creativity and innovation paired with the ability to think outside the box.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
