Bilingual Property Services Coordinator
Our client a prominent leader in the facility management and real estate services industry is seeking a proactive and detaildriven professional for an exciting opportunity to coordinate the seamless delivery of critical building operations services. This dynamic role combines administrative expertise vendor management and operational oversight to ensure excellence in service delivery. With responsibilities spanning work order management health and safety compliance and financial support this position plays a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and maintaining toptier industry standards.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $22.
Temporary position for 3 weeks with the possibility of extension.
Fulltime Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
100% officebased role in Montr al.
Responsibilities:
Process service requests and maintain records to support reporting and analysis.
Ensure work orders and procurement align with contractual obligations and organizational standards.
Develop scopes of work and coordinate with service providers for timely project completion.
Monitor and administer preventive maintenance schedules vendor performance and service contracts.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning and operational standards.
Promote a healthy and safe work environment ensuring adherence to health safety and environmental policies.
Address incidents according to established procedures and maintain accurate safety documentation.
Facilitate effective communication between clients tenants and service providers.
Prepare purchase orders manage invoicing and address discrepancies in financial reporting.
Support finance and management teams by generating accurate operational and financial reports.
What you will need to succeed:
High School Diploma (required).
1 year of relevant experience in office administration or service coordination.
Bilingual fluency in English and French to support clients in both languages ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery in diverse settings.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage concurrent tasks effectively.
Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (an asset).
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud (an asset).
Knowledge of financial management software (an asset).
Knowledge of tendering processes (an asset).
