About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant to join a global leader in driving datadriven solutions. The role involves leveraging Salesforce CRMA expertise to create manage and optimize datasets dashboards and integrations that enhance business intelligence capabilities. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone passionate about advanced analytics data visualization and Salesforce ecosystem development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dataset and Dataflow Management: Create manage and optimize datasets dataflows and recipes within Salesforce CRMA to meet business needs.
- Dashboard Design: Develop and implement complex visually appealing and interactive dashboards using Salesforce CRMA for actionable insights.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce CRMA with external data sources such as databases and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and enriched analytics.
- Data Querying: Utilize SQL and SOQL to query manipulate and manage data efficiently.
- Custom Development: Use Apex JavaScript and JSON to create custom scripts and solutions within the Salesforce environment.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Leverage Salesforce Lightning components Visualforce pages and security models to enhance functionality and maintain secure user access.
- Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and machine learning to drive data insights and forecasting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements provide recommendations and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 5 years of experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
- Proficiency in creating and managing datasets dataflows and recipes.
- Expertise in designing and implementing advanced CRMA dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of integrating Salesforce CRMA with external data sources.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and SOQL.
- Experience with Apex JavaScript and JSON for custom development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and Visualforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience as a data analyst, developer, or data scientist. Professional experience creating statistical or machine models to execute forecasting based on disparate and unfamiliar datasets. Coding and release experience using bash, Python, and/or other common languages. Building dashboard and reporting suites keeps stakeholders and consumers in mind through the design and iteration phases. Experience working with, analyzing, and testing deeper analytical hypothesis using utility or energy- related data sets Working within a cloud infrastructure, DevOps experience
