Requirements
- Utilise your creativity and expertise in 3D rendering to produce realistic and captivating visualizations of architectural and product designs.
- Collaborate closely with designers and architects to understand project requirements and translate their ideas into visually stunning 3D representations.
- VRay Blender (crucial for hyperrealistic renders) or similar tools such as Lumion Twinmotion.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in the rendering process delivering outputs that match design specifications.
- Implement lighting textures and materials to enhance the realism and aesthetics of the visualisations.
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in a designrelated field.
Ability to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion.
Be ready to pick up this projectown it and champion it!
Resourceful and startup mentality; ability to come up with creative solutions when confronted with challenges.
Agile mindset and cando attitude.

Skills Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) + Italian skills are a plus. Eager to support us with ideas to improve our efficiency. Independent and organized worker. Sense of achievement and personal improvement. Eager to put into practice the acquired knowledge. Problem-solver, quick learner. Willing to work in a start-up. Good analytical skills. Sketching, digital imaging to enhance and manipulate concepts. Must know: Computer-Aided-Design (AutoCAD),3D design modelling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, etc). What you ll be responsible for: Analyse/elaborate drawings of properties. Research materials and propose new solutions for the projects. Assist the company in improving and optimizing the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used. Help with the implementation of green energies. Give ideas and feedback related to interior design. Do research and assist in possible requirements and permissions.
Education
Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture. A Master s degree is a plus. Ability to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion.
