We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing digital content and social media campaigns to enhance our online presence engage with our audience and drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBIILITIES
Content Creation & Management:
Develop compelling content for various digital platforms including blogs social media posts email campaigns and website pages.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand s tone voice and overall marketing strategy.
Social Media Management:
Plan schedule and post content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter).
Monitor engagement metrics respond to comments and foster community growth.
Digital Campaign Execution:
Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns including paid advertisements and organic promotions.
Use tools like Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager or Hoot suite to track and optimize performance.
SEO & Keyword Optimization:
Research and integrate SEO best practices into content creation.
Optimize website pages and blog posts to improve search engine rankings.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics HubSpot or similar platforms.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest areas for improvement.

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing content creation and social media management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite WordPress and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
