Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated reliable and serviceoriented customer service extraordinaire to join our hotel overnight Front Office team in a Night Auditing role.
Joining us an experienced Hotel Night Auditor you will be responsible for rolling our financial system from the day. In addition you will provide a positive guest experience and welcome our latenight arrivals. Working 11pm 7am shifts alongside our Night Manager you will process nightly reports contributing to a smooth overnight shift with an opportunity to build upon your skillset.
Qualifications :
About You!
- A passion for providing a positive guest experience with a desire to create memorable experiences.
- Previous experience using Opera is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring procedures are followed.
- Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Solution minded with a strong ability to problem solve.
- Empathetic in nature with a desire and ability to assist all kinds of clientele.
