Job Description
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Recreation Beach and Pools Supervisor assist directly managing the Beach Pools Guest Outdoor Sports Recreation Activities and concessionaires to the Beach/ Pool operations. This position ensures the highest quality of standards are achieved working closely with the Director and Assistant Manager of Recreation Beach & Pools Director of F&B Director of Housekeeping and Engineering. Actively works on the floor working in the Outdoor Pool & Beach experience is at the highest level in guest service and product excellence. Conducts regular trainings and works with the staff to ensure Fairmont luxury service standards are met and staff/manager communication is provided thru the food and beverage division.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- High School graduate
- Ability to speak English and Spanish
EXPERIENCE
- Pool Attendant experience in related field preferred
- Hospitality or similar experience preferred
