Job Description
Job Title: Stud Pred/Mixer
Department:

Responsibilities
- Procuring of conductors and inserts as scheduled
- Degreasing of conductors inserts flanges etc. by per written process procedure
- Etching and rinsing stainless steel inserts per written process procedures
- Applying adhesive primers per written process procedures or drawing specs
- Mixing batched of epoxy/polyurethan molding materials as well as performing hardness tests on samples from each batch per written process procedures
- Following all written process procedures provided
- Monitoring and adding to as scheduled degreasing solvents and etching solutions
- Monitoring and recording s molding material
- Responsible for safety housekeeping and material handling
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements to perform the job such as extended standing bending and lifting to 50 lbs.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise extreme temperatures and environmental stressors.
- Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.
- PPE: Wear required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safety toe footwear.
- Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).
- Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
- Skills: Effective communication basic math skills and teamwork.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
