Job Description
We are a recruiting agency looking for a candidate to join our clients team at a wellknown bank as a Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist.
Location: Bucharest
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Tasks
- Prepare monthly regulatory and business reports/presentations and effectively communicate with the key beneficiaries;
- Provide support to the Banks Management in the decisionmaking process by developing and preparing adhoc reports and presentations;
- Analyze and reconcile data from various sources and systems and propose solutions for enhancing data quality and data management; Actively participate as owner or contributor in the Banks projects concerning reporting and financial data
Requirements
- 2 years of of financial reporting/analysis experience preferably in Banking;
- Bachelors degree in economics/accounting/business administration;
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
- Strong analytical and numerical skills logical thinking and attention to details;
- Able to work in a team and proactively take initiative when needed;
- Easily adaptable and able to cope with challenges;
- Very good teamplayer but also able to work alone and to prioritize her/his tasks
- Good level of English knowledge
- Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries and senior management of the Bank on a level playing field;
