Work Experience
1. Responsible for the diagnosis of machine shop equipment breakdown in a shift.
2. Provide the technical solution and guidance to the term for problem solving.
3. Developing standard diagnosis procedure for improving machine strength and reliability.
4. Sound hydraulic and mechanical knowledge.
5. Knowledge in CNC controller system like Fanuc and Siemens.
6. Knowledge in PLC programming.
7. Resolving problems and diagnostics of Chronic problems of CNC machine.
8. Manage and maintain hardware and software backup of CNCPLC and Drives.
9. Plan coordinate and supervise for the weekend and shutdown.
10. Capable of Electrical manual reading RLC Circuits able to modify the logic programing as
per requirement
11. Maintain and follow all Safety standards such as etc
12. Knowledge of SAP PM module.
13. Preventive maintenance planning Condition monitoring of equipment.
14. Spare parts planning for making BOM Indent of material consumption of material etc
15. Knowledge of WhyWhy analysis Kaizen etc.
16. Planning of Revenue budget expenses and monitoring
17. Service provider managing and operators handling.
