We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join usas an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo) anextreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

- Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.

- Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans
While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this December or January where we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.
About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:
- Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain with integrated social platform for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.
- WFO:Extreme Sports Affinity Network Built on Autheo to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.
- Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11 2024. Incentivised testnet together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January.
These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.
Position Title: Node Sale Expert
Launch Legends is seeking a Node Sale Expert to lead the strategic planning execution and management of our validator node sale for the Autheo Layer1 blockchain. With a focus on launching 150 validator nodes this role requires deep expertise in blockchain technology validator operations and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting successful node sales a strong network of industry contacts and the ability to build momentum for validator participation. The role will evolve into another longterm positoin after the Node Sale.
As a Node Sale Expert you will play a critical role in fostering decentralization security and scalability for our Layer1 blockchain while also driving longterm community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Node Sale Strategy and Execution
- Develop a comprehensive node sale strategy including pricing marketing and outreach plans tailored for individual investors institutional buyers and crypto enthusiasts.
- Coordinate the rollout of the node sale ensuring smooth onboarding for buyers and clear communication of technical requirements.
- Define validator incentives including staking rewards governance participation and potential economic benefits to attract diverse node operators.
Industry Outreach and Relationship Building
- Leverage a strong network of industry contacts to drive participation in the node sale including outreach to venture firms institutional investors blockchain enthusiasts and strategic partners.
- Build relationships with potential buyers providing them with educational materials personalized support and technical resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for validator buyers ensuring a positive and seamless onboarding experience.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling materials including brochures presentations and online campaigns to promote the node sale.
- Organize and lead webinars AMA sessions and community events to educate potential buyers on the value of running a validator node on the Autheo blockchain.
- Develop strategies to highlight the benefits of participating in the validator ecosystem such as decentralization staking rewards and governance opportunities.
Technical Enablement and Support
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure the validator node setup process is seamless and welldocumented for buyers.
- Collaborate on the development of FAQs tutorials and guides to assist buyers with installation configuration and ongoing maintenance of validator nodes.
- Address any technical concerns or questions from node buyers ensuring they are equipped to participate effectively.
PostSale Engagement and Community Building
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain longterm engagement with node operators fostering a strong validator community.
- Provide ongoing support to validator operators ensuring the network remains decentralized secure and efficient.
- Actively gather feedback from node operators to improve the onboarding process and overall validator experience.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Track the progress and results of the node sale using datadriven insights to refine sales strategies and outreach efforts.
- Analyze node participation metrics such as staking activity and uptime to measure the success of the sale and the health of the validator network.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to maximize validator retention and engagement.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Proven Node Sale Expertise: Demonstrated success in conducting a validator node sale for a blockchain network with a deep understanding of validator economics and operational requirements.
- Industry Network: Extensive network of blockchain industry contacts for Node Sales including individual investors institutional buyers and validator operators.
- Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Layer1 blockchain technology proofofstake mechanisms and validator incentives.
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies including creating compelling marketing materials and conducting outreach campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with validator node infrastructure including setup performance monitoring and security best practices.
- Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for node sales including KYC/AML processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withLayer1 networks (Autheo is built on the Cosmos SDK).
- Familiarity with tokenomics and staking reward mechanisms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
