Job Description
- Conduct data mapping and integration across procurement and asset management systems ensuring seamless data flow.
- Perform data cleansing and transformation to maintain high data quality standards.
- Set up and manage automated data refresh schedules to ensure timely updates.
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and connection issues providing technical support for SCM and MAM analytics.
- Analyze procurement and asset management trends to generate actionable insights for decisionmaking.
- Develop interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs ensuring alignment with data visualization best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing trend analysis findings for stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through established data management processes.
- Maintain centralized data sources and reporting frameworks to promote consistency across departments.
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the availability of performance data for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Movable Asset Management (MAM) functions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support informed decisionmaking within the province.
Requirements
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Movable Asset Management (MAM) data analysis reporting and architecture.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques with experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to SCM and MAM.
- Strong problemsolving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Must have a TOGAF 9/10 Certificate
