You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies ensuring the Scrum framework is implemented effectively and collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to drive the development of our report and dashboard management solutions.
Location: Mohali Work From Office
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in computer science Business or related field.
Certification in Project Management Scrum Management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog items define user stories and ensure alignment with product vision and business goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development design and QA to deliver highquality solutions on time and within scope.
Remove impediments and escalate issues to ensure smooth and efficient execution of sprint goals.
Track and report on key development metrics and KPIs related to the report and dashboard management products.
Promote transparency and visibility by maintaining uptodate Agile boards burndown charts and other project management tools.
Foster a culture of trust accountability and innovation within the Agile teams.
Technical Background:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrum framework.
Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Product Management and Agile practices.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and familiarity with technology stacks is a plus.
Certification in Scrum (e.g. CSM) or willingness to obtain certification within the first six months of employment.
