Job Description
As a BDR you ll be at the forefront of connecting businesses with transformative IT solutions. You ll leverage stateoftheart sales tools to identify and engage potential clients setting the stage for highimpact partnerships. This role offers a unique blend of techsavvy prospecting and relationshipbuilding allowing you to dive deep into the world of business intelligence software while honing your sales expertise. You ll work with a team of industry experts gaining invaluable knowledge in both sales techniques and IT services.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns through cold calling and email
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads and track engagement
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to connect with decisionmakers
- Set up and schedule highvalue meetings with potential clients
- Craft compelling social media content to boost brand visibility
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve targets
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach metrics
- Nurture leads through consistent followups and relationship building
- Must be able to make 100 calls a day
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building rapport quickly
- Proficiency in CRM systems particularly HubSpot
- Experience with sales tools like Apollo Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Resilience and positive attitude in a fastpaced sales environment
- Basic understanding of IT services and business software (preferred)
- Content creation skills for social media (a plus)
- Ability to work fulltime during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about business intelligence solutions
