• Engage in professional growth opportunities and actively contribute to fostering a collaborative and innovative school culture.
  
• Facilitate personalized and smallgroup learning sessions to support ELL students growth in speaking reading writing and listening.
  
• Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and accommodates diverse learning needs.
  
• Partner with classroom educators to embed language development strategies into various subjects ensuring student success in the broader curriculum.
  

Requirements

• Maintain a valid Illinois PEL with ESL endorsement.
  
• Possess a bachelor s degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Demonstrated experience as an ESL Teacher or in a similar role.
  
• Skilled in supporting students from varied linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
