About the Role:
As Sr. Manager Growth and Partnerships you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive IIDEs growth and expand its market presence particularly through new university partnerships and regional collaborations. You will identify and seize highvalue opportunities form strategic alliances and design scalable business models that support IIDE s longterm expansion goals. This role will require a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen negotiation skills and a resultsdriven approach to scaling our impact across new verticals and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development: Lead the development and execution of a strategic roadmap to achieve IIDE s growth objectives. Identify new business avenues including university collaborations and untapped regional markets.
  • Market Entry & Expansion Strategy: Formulate marketentry strategies to position IIDE as a leader in the digital marketing education sector in new geographic regions or verticals. Tailor strategies for expanding IIDE s presence in key university campuses and across industries.
  • Partnership Development & Management: Build and nurture longterm relationships with potential universities industry bodies and other strategic partners. Position IIDE as the goto partner for digital marketing training developing proposals and strategies to establish strong mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Sales & Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for new business acquisition focusing on longterm revenue generation through academic and industry partnerships. Ensure sales goals align with broader organizational targets and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Strategic Negotiations & Contract Management: Lead highlevel negotiations with key partners ensuring alignment with IIDE s goals. Manage contract terms and agreements to maximize business potential and safeguard IIDE s interests.
  • Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Conduct competitive market analysis and gather insights on industry trends. Use this data to refine strategies improve IIDE s positioning and identify new business opportunities that align with market demand.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing Product Development) to ensure the smooth execution of strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. Provide leadership and guidance in defining target markets and developing targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Travel & Representation: Represent IIDE at industry events conferences and potential partner meetings. Travel as necessary to expand the IIDE brand form strategic alliances and solidify partnerships.




Requirements

MustHave:

  • 58 years of experience in strategic business development partnerships or corporate sales with a proven track record of driving growth in new markets.
  • Strong experience in formulating and executing strategic initiatives that align with organizational growth objectives.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate highvalue business opportunities develop gotomarket strategies and lead expansion efforts.
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and close highvalue deals.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and applying strategic insights to guide business decisions.

ShouldHave:

  • Experience in managing university partnerships and leading largescale business development efforts.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing sales strategies with a clear focus on revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.

NicetoHave:

  • A background in EdTech digital marketing or higher education.
  • Established network in universities or related sectors helping to drive quicker market penetration and partnership formation.


Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement in student-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Track record of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towards collective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.
