Job Description
As a Company Nurse you ll play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive workplace by delivering immediate medical assistance and promoting health initiatives. Your expertise will ensure employees wellbeing while you enjoy competitive benefits and a fulfilling worklife balance.
Job Overview
Shift: Night Shift
Work setup: Onsite (Baguio Pampanga Ortigas or Makati City)
- Provide frontline care and medical assistance to sick and injured employees.
- Assess and treat minor injuries and illnesses.
- Administer first aid when required.
- Coordinate medical care and referrals if necessary.
- Conduct online consultations for remote employees.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR department on health and safety initiatives.
- Stay updated on occupational safety and health regulations.
- Promote a positive and healthy work environment.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing with an active PRC license.
- With 13 years Occupational Nurse experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital setting or 13 years in a corporate environment.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of occupational safety and health practices.
