The role:
Customerfacing role to execute the engagement and drive to partner handoff; provides initial
face/voice to the customer and brings in specialists as needed.
The responsibilities:
Be the first contact point for many customers deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationships.
Quarterback sales from lead to purchase; be the main point of contact for its customers leading the sales strategy overcoming objections and negotiating success.
Engage with small and medium businesses across industries company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with our clients leading cloud technologies.
Obsess over customers and prospects to deliver a worldclass customer engagement experience.
Secure customer: Maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria e.g. BANT (budget authority need and timeline)
Meet and exceed targets for netnew revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales pipeline and usage for the products and solutions in scope.
Leverage social digital video chat phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach sell to and manage customers.
Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: Voice of customer.
The requirements:
23 years B2B sales experience;
Minimum 1 year IT industry experience;
Minimum 1 year sales account
English minimum B2
High school diploma
