Job Summary
The Intune Expert will be responsible for designing implementing and supporting Microsoft Intune solutions across our organization.
This role will collaborate with security IT and compliance teams to develop strategies and policies that ensure secure seamless access
to resources on mobile devices and endpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design configure and maintain Microsoft Intune environments for device and application management.
- Implement and manage device compliance policies configuration profiles and conditional access settings.
- Support mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) across various platforms including
- iOS Android and Windows.
- Develop and enforce security policies for mobile devices to protect organizational data.
- Troubleshoot Intune issues and provide support to endusers and other IT teams.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
- Stay updated on Intune features best practices and Microsoft 365 security updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
- Strong understanding of MDM and MAM principles and experience with multiplatform support (Windows iOS Android).
- Experience with security and compliance policies including conditional access and data protection.
- Knowledge of Azure AD Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with endpoint management tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across various teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
- Strong understanding of MDM and MAM principles and experience with multiplatform support (Windows iOS Android).
- Experience with security and compliance policies including conditional access and data protection.
- Knowledge of Azure AD Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with endpoint management tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across various teams.
- Microsoft certification in Intune or Endpoint Management (e.g. MS101 MD101).
- Experience with Azure AD Premium Office 365 and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security models and device compliance frameworks.
