Our client is a leading provider of efficient errand services in Singapore including document delivery shopping assistance and food delivery for both residents and businesses. They are seeking a Social Media Operations Executive to manage and execute social media operations. This role focuses on maintaining a strong online presence engaging with audiences and optimizing social media performance for the brand.
Role Overview:
As a Social Media Operations Executive you will be responsible for daytoday management of social media platforms content scheduling community engagement and analyzing performance to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.) ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Execute social media campaigns and ensure content is aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels respond to comments and messages and engage with the community.
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging content and promote brand awareness.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports with insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and implement best practices.
- Coordinate with influencers partners and internal teams to execute social media strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
