Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Functional Analyst (Junior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and requirements as well as excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. In this role you will work closely with our development team to gather and analyze functional requirements design and document system processes and ensure the successful implementation of software solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze functional requirements
Design and document system processes and workflows
Create detailed functional specifications and user stories
Provide support and assistance to the development team during the implementation phase
Identify and troubleshoot any functional issues or bugs
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in functional analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
12 years of experience in functional analysis or a similar role
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient in creating functional specifications and user stories
Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
Experience with system testing and quality assurance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
