The Role
We are looking for an experienced Battery Technical Project Lead as a key interface between Development Suppliers Quality and field Service teams. If you are excited to work in a fast growing company and work with Energy Storage Systems (BESS) then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the key interface to Energy Storage Suppliers leading engineering and quality efforts and coordinating with internal development teams;
Provide technical expertise on BESS and Control systems overseeing system integration logic control technical documentation and compliance with relevant standards and processes;
Identify and lead the nonconformity and change requests from several stakeholders;
Ensure quality control and testing adhere to industry standards and specifications;
Promote and ensure product quality control & assurance adhering to industry standards;
Supervise and coordinate the installation and testing (FAT & SAT) of new BESS systems and support the development of new products and features;
Offer technical guidance to the operational team taking ownership of problemsolving efforts.
Requirements
You have several years of experience in product development preferably with a degree in Electrical Control or Embedded Engineering;
You have at least 3 years of experience in development system engineering electrical automation systems;
You understand automation and industrial communication protocols (PLC systems Modbus Ethernet/IP);
You are familiar with the product development process quality concepts and managing supplier relationships;
You possess an analytical and proactive mindset for problemsolving;
You are an effective communicator acting as a good bridge between teams.
