Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Department Management: Oversee the finance HR and admin departments and provide leadership and support to the team.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports analyze performance and provide insights to management.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and monitor budget vs. actual performance.
- Cash Flow Management: Ensure effective cash flow management and implement strategies for cash optimization.
- Inventory & Costing: Oversee inventory management and control costs across the business.
- GST & Audit: Ensure accurate GST submissions and coordinate audit reporting.
- Grant Applications: Manage the preparation and submission of grant applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Must have manufacturing background
