Plant Director
Location: Columbus Ohio
Salary: $180210K Bonus
Overview:
Lead daily plant operations ensuring safety quality and productivity. Drive performance manage KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
10 years in plant/operations management preferably in aseptic filling dairy manufacturing or Tetra Pak machinery.
Bachelors in Food Science Engineering or related field (preferred).
Proven expertise in aseptic processing multisite oversight and startup or acquisition experience.
Strong leadership problemsolving and financial analysis skills.
Exceptional communication and teambuilding abilities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operations across multiple sites ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
Develop and coach plant teams to achieve KPIs in safety quality and efficiency.
Lead capital projects budget planning and cost optimization initiatives.
Monitor production performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
