Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries scheduling service appointments and resolving issues promptly. Your ability to communicate effectively provide timely solutions and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the continued success of this growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone email or chat.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments to meet customer requirements.
  • Resolve customer concerns escalating more complex cases to supervisors when needed.
  • Investigate and address service problems by identifying causes and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain uptodate customer records ensuring account information is accurate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exceed customer expectations and ensure service excellence.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.

What This Role Needs:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in scheduling or call center operations is a plus.
  • Confidence decisiveness and sound judgment in dynamic situations.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in email and instant messaging tools.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with experience in phone systems and 10key.
  • Bilingual proficiency is an asset.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Pay: $19$23 per hour.
  • 10% commission on all new business sales.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on performance.
  • Paid time off.

Schedule:

  • Day shift (8 AM5 PM).
  • Monday to Friday
  • Potential Overtime Opportunity on Saturdays
