We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager for a stateoftheart ophthalmology surgery center. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate patient care activities ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include supervising registered nurses (RNs) licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and other staff; implementing nursing policies; ensuring regulatory compliance; collaborating with physicians; and managing staffing and resources. Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school preferably with a Bachelors degree.
They should possess extensive perioperative nursing experience.
Current State Licensure is also required.
