Primary job responsibilities include:
- Plan lead and execute assurance engagements (compilations reviews and audits)
- Analyze and assess financial statements and internal controls
- Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements
- Supervise train and mentor junior team members providing them with constructive feedback
- Handle and prepare complex transactions and work with clients on technical matters
- Ensure compliance with laws regulations standards and practices (technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS)
- Foster client relationships to ensure information is gathered and matters are resolved within a timely and effective manner
- Perform other jobrelated duties as necessary

- Strong candidates for this position should be motivated reliable and possess:
- At least three years prior experience in public accounting CPA a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex information
- Knowledge of the following software programs is preferred
- QuickBooks Desktop and Online
- Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Word
- Caseware
- Datasnipper
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and to analyze problems logically and comprehensively distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential matters in a tactful and discreet manner
- Strong interpersonal skills including the capability to effectively present information and respond to clients needs
