Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations related to food safety labor laws and operational standards.
- Monitor and review operational processes to identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance strategies are current.
- Act as a point of contact for compliance inquiries and support store teams in resolving compliance issues.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure alignment between compliance requirements and operational objectives.
