Job Description
Responsibilities Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the businesss medium to long term financial and strategic plan. Working with business unit heads to build their annual budgets (Revenue Capex & Overhead) and forecasts. Working with service department heads to build their expenditure budget. Producing models on capital budgeting/investment appraisal on Capex Investment. Finalizing financial targets of business units along with performance metrix and incentives. Providing insights to senior management around financial modelling budgets forecasts performance matrix and incentive schemes. Evaluating previous budgets and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets. Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives. Qualifications and Experience Professional Certification CA/ACCA/CPA. 23 years of relevant experience in a leading role in FP&A and overall experience of minimum 7 years. SAP S4Hana is a plus. Excellent communication skill
