About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Representative with native Spanish proficiency to join our team in Athens. This role involves managing inbound sales inquiries upselling services and delivering an exceptional experience to B2B clients. If you have experience in cold calling upselling and B2B sales and are excited about working in a hybrid environment this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from B2B clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales.
- Conduct upselling and crossselling activities to boost revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Use CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales including cold calling and upselling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a teamoriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM.

Relocation Assistance (for candidates moving to Greece):
- 3 weeks of accommodation in a hotel near the office.

- Candidates must be in Athens 7 days before the start date for onboarding procedures.
Please note:
- Flight tickets are not covered but up to 300 may be reimbursed.
- Airport pickup and transportation to the hotel are not included.
- After the initial 3week accommodation there is no assistance with finding longterm housing.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent contract with a 40hour workweek (8 hours/day 5 days/week).
- Hybrid work is possible after 3 months onsite except for those with a preexisting house and confirmed internet connection in Greece.
- Rotational shifts:
- General: Monday to Friday 9 AM 7 PM (shifts:).
