Enterprise Application Integration (EA) Engineer

Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Enterprise Application Integration (EA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role you will work to enhance our clients operations by implementing cuttingedge data integration solutions and migrating legacy systems. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week onsite and emphasizes collaboration and innovation in a cybersecurityfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Define the impact of the Florida PALM implementation on current Department interfaces.
- Use subject matter expertise and industry best practices to create a migration plan for leveraging modern technologies such as Informatica.
- Document data element inputs and outputs for computing assets interfacing with financial systems including manual data entry scripting solutions batch uploads data extracts and outgoing interfaces.
- Design develop test and deploy data integration solutions with a focus on financial data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to understand financial data requirements and develop reporting data models.
- Evaluate select and implement data integration tools with a focus on security and efficiency.
- Mentor staff on best practices for using Informatica tools.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data integration processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed sourcetotarget mapping and specification documents.
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams to ensure successful project implementations.
- Support reports remediation teams to meet data requirements.
- Participate in Agile practices including SCRUM meetings sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and relational database SQL analysis (DB2 on ZOS SQL Server Azure SQL Snowflake).
- Minimum of 3 years working with Informatica Cloud Data Integration services including Mass Ingestion App Integration Data Quality and Cloud Data Governance Catalog.
- Strong SQL skills in DB2 v12 SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Minimum of 7 years of Informatica Cloud Data Integration experience.
- Minimum of 3 years implementing Cloud Data Warehouse or Data Lakehouse architectures with Snowflake.
- Proficiency in Agile project management and SCRUM framework.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Informatica Cloud CDI and Snowflake Data Cloud.
- Experience with Power Exchange Connectors for ZOS.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (equivalent work experience may substitute on a yearforyear basis).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration and/or ETL.
- Demonstrated success deploying integration tools such as Informatica and Microsoft SSIS.
