Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Chief Network Officer (CNO) to join our dynamic team. In this role you will lead the design development and testing of application software to meet unique requirements across various platforms. As a senior developer you will not only contribute to technical excellence but also mentor and guide a development team building applications using programming languages specified by the Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and test application software tailored to unique client requirements.
- Lead a team of developers ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Build Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments.
- Collaborate in a team environment using configuration management tools.
- Address Windows vulnerabilities exploit mitigations and bypass techniques.
- Utilize tools such as Wireshark IDA Pro and Ghidra for analysis and debugging.
- Implement software lifecycle management including requirements gathering design development testing validation and deployment.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- U.S. Citizenship with an Active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with objectoriented programming languages.
- Minimum of 4 years developing Windows applications in Visual Studio or .NET environments.
- Experience developing complex programs using C/C C# and COM.
- Familiarity with Windows vulnerabilities internals/APIs and evading detection by Windows security products.
- Proficiency in tools like Wireshark IDA Pro and Ghidra.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with static and dynamic reverse engineering.
- Background in vulnerability research and binary analysis of executables.
- Familiarity with kernel programming.
- Proficiency in assembly languages and network protocol analysis/signature creation.
- ACTP or other CNO Developer training certifications.
