At GeoGuessr we do more than create games since 2013 we have crafted a game that turns the world into a playground for the curious and knowledgehungry. During the last couple of years we have focused on building an incredible team now over 65 people and craft new ways for our dedicated players to experience the game. As a Product Manager at GeoGuessr you will be a leading a crossfunction team of developers and designers ensuring that the team maintains a high level of delivery and a shared focus allowing us to achieve our goals with precision and passion.
We are seeking a talented and creative person with a passion for understanding and delighting our players. In this role youll excel at seamlessly shifting between highlevel strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail ensuring the player experience remains at the heart of everything you do.The ability to both solve problems andcommunicateeffectively will be crucial as you collaborate with other teams across the company.
What youll do:
- Ensure that deliverables are completed according to the plan and meet highquality standards.
- Define monitor and analyze key productmetrics for both existing and planned features andflows sharing insights and suggestions of possible solutions with the team.
- Act as a bridge between developers designers the product and growth function and other internal stakeholders.
- Manage the teams product backlog continuously prioritizing it according to the teamsOKRs.
- Continuously build launch and follow up on A/Btests to learn and gain insights into our players behaviours.
- Lead and coach a development team to proactively identify potential opportunities and obstacles.
What we hope youll bring:
- A driven mindset with a preference of working with shorter delivery cycles.
- Previous experience from arole as product manager /product owner / producer possiblywithin the gaming industry.
- A peopleleading approach with ability to inspire and engage the team.
- A solid technical understanding of web/browser technologies.
- Relevant educational background.
