Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.
As part of your application you may be presented to clients/partners as part of the recruitment process. If selected for the assignment you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments as part of our consulting business.
Role:
- Design with Purpose: Develop intuitive interfaces that prioritize accessibility and user needs.
- Collaborate on Design Systems: Contribute to and help build scalable consistent design systems in collaboration with the team.
- Work CrossFunctionally: Partner with product managers developers stakeholders and other designers to ensure seamless design handovers and usercentered design.
- Iterate & Refine: Enhance designs based on user feedback and testing ensuring highquality outcomes.
Essential requirements:
- Proven UX/UI Experience: A track record of designing usercentered scalable solutions for complex web or mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma and Miro.
- Strong Design System Knowledge: Ability to contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across platforms. Establish design principles components interaction patterns and design tokens rooted in accessibility guidelines to promote consistency across our platforms.
- Accessibility Focus: Understanding of WCAG standards and experience designing for users with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with agile workflows and distributed teams.
What we expect from you:
- Youll be involved in every aspect of the UX/UI process from requirements to tweaking pixels to perfection. You will deliver polished designs while maintaining momentum.
- A team player who thrives on feedback and teamwork. Thoughtful in your approach to collaborating and communicating with others.
- Experienced designer with higher education in the field of design and experience working in distributed teams.
