Position: Senior Waiter
Department: Food and Beverage
About the Role
As a Senior Waiter you will take a leadership role within the Food and Beverage team ensuring the highest levels of service and efficiency in our restaurants and bars. You will guide and support the team oversee operations during shifts and ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Your expertise and attention to detail will help maintain the high standards that RIU is known for.
What Youll Do
- Lead by example providing exceptional service while mentoring junior team members.
- Manage and supervise daily operations ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness organization and adherence to service standards.
- Collaborate with the team to address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in food and beverage service ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a team.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is preferred with additional languages a plus.
