About the Role
As a Room Attendant you will be an essential part of our housekeeping team ensuring guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and comfortable. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness will enhance the guest experience and contribute to RIUs reputation for excellence in hospitality.
What Youll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas in line with RIUs quality standards.
- Replace linens towels and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the relevant department.
- Maintain an organized and efficient cleaning cart for daily operations.
- Ensure rooms are ready for early checkins and late checkouts as required.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests encountered during your duties.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- An elementary level of English is sufficient as the position does not require language proficiency.
- A positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
