Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a CT/Radiologic Technologist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Northbrook IL 60062
Assignment Start Date: 11/30/2024
16 weeks Days 8hour shifts 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed weekly
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.Role Specific Responsibilities
- Perform computerized tomography sinus CT scans (training will be provided on our equipment)
- Manage recordkeeping audits and quality control
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team including MDs PAs and MAs
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and ensuring proper positioning for precise imaging
- Oversee inventory and the ordering of medical supplies
- Engage in general tasks such as taking patients medical history rooming patients preparing exam rooms and ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments
- Participate in crosstraining to gain insight into multiple functions within the clinic
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have at least 1 Year of technical experience is required
- Must have Prior experience in a clinical setting
Education:
- Graduation from a Radiology or CT Tech program is required
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Possession of a valid drivers license is required
EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
Shift: MondayFriday 8:30 am4:30 pm CST; Ability to float between facilities
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team
- Willingness to assist with medical assisting and other responsibilities when not working in CT
