Role: Director of Sales

We are seeking an ambitious and accomplished Director of Sales to drive strategic
growth with enterprise clients. Reporting directly to senior leadership you will be at
the forefront of identifying developing and closing highimpact sales opportunities
across key markets in HiTech Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences.
In this role you will craft and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our mission of
empowering clients through transformative technology solutions. The ideal
candidate is a resultsdriven professional with a strategic mindset committed to
building strong impactful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively create & manage a dynamic pipeline youll be expected to deliver against
the precise monthly forecasts in terms of revenue booking & log addition while
guiding prospects through the full customer lifecyclefrom initial engagement to
maximizing the value of our solutions. With a deep understanding of client
needs and technical insight youll tackle complex challenges all while shaping our
offerings by channeling customer feedback to the Engineering team and advising on
strategic product development.
Sales Excellence:
Develops and implements strategies to identify engage and convert new
accounts emphasizing upselling and crossselling opportunities.
Articulates our unique value proposition to align with prospective
clients business goals establishing competitive differentiation.
Builds a strategic roadmap with prospective clients to foster longterm
partnerships and support successful adoption of our solutions.
Foster some of the key accounts of us & expand them aligning with
their strategic & technology roadmap.
Account Management:
Anticipates client needs and opportunities for growth within new accounts
focusing on strategic prioritization to maximize impact and mitigate risks.
Crafts tailored account plans and drives a consistent execution approach
ensuring alignment with client objectives and revenue targets.
Partners with internal teams and industry experts to maintain high
engagement accountability and growth for each account.
Customer Engagement:
Cultivates executivelevel relationships with decisionmakers to highlight the
impact and ROI of our solutions leveraging these connections to open
new accounts.
Establishes a consultative engagement rhythm to build trust and deepen
client relationships for ongoing opportunities and expansions.
Understands client business drivers and priorities to position Teqfocus as a
strategic partner in their technology transformation journey.
Industry Knowledge:
Maintains a deep understanding of our solution landscape and the
industrys evolving needs to position the company as a trusted partner for
potential clients.
Leverages insights from industryspecific trends and challenges to guide new
account development and tailor solutions.
Aligns with internal industry experts to refine strategic plans and provide data
driven value propositions for client needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
10 years of proven sales experience in the IT industry with a focus on selling IT
services and consulting offerings specifically around Salesforce AWS
Snowflake Databricks & other Enterprise level Data & AI Platforms.
Strong expertise in enterprise sales processes specifically within healthcare
and life sciences financial services and hightech industries with a solid track
record of closing complex deals and exceeding quotas.
Experience in consulting or B2B for large enterprise clients demonstrating
strong analytical strategic and customerfacing skills.
Exceptional relationship management skills especially with senior
stakeholders along with the ability to build and maintain strong client and
internal team connections.
Ownership mentality with a knack for problemsolving capable of structuring
ambiguous challenges and quickly iterating on solutions.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability
to simplify complex information.
