Job Description
Job Title: Azure Administrator (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Azure cloud resources ensuring high availability security and performance.
- Design implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Collaborate with development DevOps and security teams to build scalable cloud solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure services addressing performance issues and outages.
- Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance.
- Implement Azure policies and RBAC to enforce compliance and governance.
- Ensure backup recovery and disaster recovery processes are in place.
- Stay updated on new Azure features and Terraform updates to improve operations.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in managing Azure cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Terraform for creating and managing infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of Azure services like Virtual Machines Azure Functions App Services Storage and Networking.
- Experience with Azure CLI PowerShell or other automation tools.
- Knowledge of Azure security best practices including identity management and network security.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor Application Insights or similar.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
