Job Description
We are seeking Support Technician professionals to join the IT Help Service Desk team. The role involves providing technical support addressing inquiries documenting incidents and resolutions and translating technical knowledge into actionable solutions. This position requires familiarity with ITSM practices help desk software and remote control tools. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries providing technical support to users.
- Document issues and remedies in help desk systems.
- Utilize remote support tools to resolve user issues.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to nontechnical users.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of help desk support experience.
- Understanding of ITSM practices and proficiency with help desk software/databases.
