Job Description
Location: Redding CA 96001
Employment Type: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 10hr Days & EOW
Pay: $60 to $62/hr
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Evolve HCR is dedicated to providing highquality rehabilitation services helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PTs) to evaluate design and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

- Progress Monitoring: Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy preferred.
