Job Description
- Position: Tech: CST Cardio OR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)
- Location: Santa Maria CA 93454
- Pay Rate: $48 $50 per hour
- Gross Weekly: $2090/week
- Work Week: 40 hours per week(4x10 hours 11a9:30p)
- Duration: 13 weeks (high Possibility of contract extension)

We are seeking Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) to join our team assisting in surgeries and ensuring a smooth and safe surgical environment. As a CST you will prepare operating rooms assist during procedures and support surgeons and other medical staff to deliver highquality care.

Unit Guidelines/Policies:
- **Medical Solutions Clinical Team will prescreen all candidates. Managers will do 2nd interview**
- PAY OT after 40 hours/week. (RC 40 reg hours)
- BILL OT after 40 hours/week. (RC OT rate in OT field)
- FLAT RATE FOR ALL OT (RCSAME RATE IN OT AS IN REG)

- Surgical Preparation: Ensure operating rooms are sterile and properly equipped.
- Assisting in Surgery: Assist surgeons by passing instruments maintaining sterile fields and handling surgical materials.
- Patient Care: Support the patient pre and postsurgery ensuring comfort and safety.
- Equipment Management: Clean and sterilize equipment and instruments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procedures and supplies used during surgery.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
- 2 years of experience in surgical settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
