Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Med Surg RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver highquality patientcentered care manage routine and complex cases and contribute to an efficient and effective care environment. This role requires strong clinical skills attention to detail and a commitment to patient wellbeing.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care including administering medications wound care and vital sign monitoring.
• Document all procedures accurately in electronic health record systems such as Epic or Meditech.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians specialists and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in a medsurg or similar hospital setting.
• Must have completed two years of acute care or relevant experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience in highvolume or urban healthcare settings is preferred.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee RN license or Compact RN license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• This position is ideal for a detailoriented and adaptable nurse who thrives in a fastpaced patientcentered environment.
