Job Description
Position: Labor & Delivery RN
Location: Bozeman MT
Pay scale: $2736 $2836/week
Shift: Day/Night (both available)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess laboring patients including tracking fetal heart rates contraction patterns and maternal vital signs.
- Administer medications including pain relief (e.g. epidurals IV analgesics) and assist with anesthesia as needed.
- Provide support and guidance during labor and delivery helping patients with breathing techniques positioning and comfort measures.
- Assist the obstetrician during deliveries including vaginal births and Csections and manage emergency situations as they arise.
- Educate patients and families about the labor process postdelivery care breastfeeding and newborn care.
Requirements:
- Required: BLS ACLS NRP RN license
- Minimum 1 year experience
