Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Director of Audio Visual Installation to join their team. The successful candidate will lead mentor and manage the installation team while serving on the senior leadership team.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 10 years of proven experience managing people in the audiovisual industry.
- Strong project management background.
- Professional experience in audiovisual integration is preferred.
- Experience managing a highly skilled technical workforce.
- Leadership team experience is an asset.
- Experience in an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) organization is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Operate in a fastpaced teamdriven executive role.
- Facilitate weekly level 10 meetings and participate in leadership team meetings (weekly quarterly and annually).
- Manage the installation workforce conduct performance reviews negotiate compensation coordinate staffing levels and oversee employee development.
- Oversee the project management team responsible for regional project schedules and installations.
- Provide technical assistance on advanced projects (as needed).
- Solve issues remove roadblocks and ensure the success of the installation team.
- Report on installation team metrics.
- Manage the installation team budget.
Requirements: University graduate or equivalent experience with further studies in AV installation, data or voice communications, or drafting. Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and/or communications environment. Understanding of project management practices and customer service obligations. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, communications, and computer products and equipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Familiarity with building construction and blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial Integrator Navigate system, specifically for change orders and delay notices feedback to the Project Manager. CTS-I Certification Preferred
Education
