About us
In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.
Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.
About the role
As a Security coordinator you will work with a broad variety of security related tasks in all areas of the everyday operations at our sites. Task included but not limited to:
implementing new security processes tools and routines in the terminals
Identifying lost parcels and investigating root causes
Security audits and compliance follow up with terminals
Supporting in merchant discussions on security related topics
You will work closely with the Central Security Manager and Site Manager at each site as well as other specialist functions in the organisation. As the work concerns all our production sites across the country you need to be able to travel frequently.
About you
We are looking for an operational doer with at least 2 years experience from broad security work. It would be a plus if you have worked in the logistics industry but its not a requirement.
Datadriven and able to work through others to implement the actions you see fitting together
Education in security example YH Skerhetssamordnare Skerhet och trygghetskoordinator is a plus.
High integrity and are comfortable with both strategical questions and operational task
Comfortable moving at a fast pace
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Have good communication skills verbally and in text in both Swedish and English
Able to travel frequently
We are looking for a driven security professional passionate about problem solving within the security field and with an operational oriented approach. You will be based at our HQ in Stockholm but working with our security across the country.
