We are now looking for our next colleague a driven and proactive Key User & Process Developer to join the Global Finance Process team part of Polestar Group Finance based at Polestar HQ in Torslanda Gothenburg.

Let us describe the challenge we offer

Working in the Global Finance Process team gives a big opportunity to a wide circle of contacts within Polestar Group. Working both globally and crossfunctional as well as getting a comprehensive view of the financial activities within the group.

This role will reside within the Record to Report (RtR) processes which covers a wide range of subprocesses in accounting with the purpose of providing timely and accurate reports to management as support for decision making. You will work closely with the Global Process Owner for RtR other process developers in the team our digital teams and our Shared Service Centers to develop and improve the accounting processes.

One focus area will be to participate in our ongoing ERP project implementing SAP S/4 Hana. The Key User & Process Developer will play an important role in being the bridge between the operational finance teams and the ERP project. You will drive the RTR process implementation in SAP S/4 Hana. From the requirement gathering phase through the implementation and test phase all the way to the business golive.

What youll do

  • Be an active part in develop improve and standardize the RtR processes together with the process owner
  • Help identify and define business and legal requirements related to RtR processes
  • Work closely with Polestar Digital teams to implement efficient and automatized RtR processes in our ERP systems but also drive system improvements on already existing processes
  • During system implementations and continuous improvements you will coordinate and drive user acceptance testing and cutover planning
  • Working actively with change management; creating training material facilitate trainings communicate updates and waysofworking to the business


Who you are

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

  • University degree in Finance
  • At a minimum 57 years of relevant experience from external audit accounting or project management
  • Knowledge in ERP systems and especially its finance modules. Preferably within SAP S4Hana
  • Skilled in process development and/or project management is an advantage
  • Medium level understanding of financial compliance taxes VAT understanding of differences between local GAAP and IFRS

In addition you should have a strong analytical and problemsolving skills and be comfortable taking and driving your own initiatives.
