Position: Clinical Director OB & NICU

Job Description: The Clinical Director of OB & NICU will lead the departments activities and manage resources to achieve both departmental and organizational goals. The role focuses on ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care while aligning with clinical administrative legal and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Department Leadership: Develop and implement department goals plans and standards in line with the organizations clinical administrative and ethical objectives.
- Operations Management: Direct and evaluate departmental operations including patient care delivery service levels information technologies and compliance management to meet performance and quality control targets.
- Staff Management: Oversee staffing activities including hiring orientation evaluations disciplinary actions and continuing education programs.
- Budget Oversight: Prepare monitor and evaluate the departments budget to ensure operations remain within allocated funding and coordinate internal/external audits.
- Professional Development: Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development for the team.
- Clinical Integration: Implement evidencebased practices into departmental operations and clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
MustHave Qualifications: - Education: Masters Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 5 years of experience as an RN in OB (Obstetrics) or NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit).
- 5 years of management experience in a clinical setting.
